Autocad Lt 2024 Lsp Text Explode

Autocad Lt 2024 Lsp Text Explode. Autocad lt does not provide express tools, which includes explode text (txtexp command). How can i change text from being solid fill to just outline?

If a block contains a polyline or a nested block, exploding the block exposes the polyline or nested block object, which must then be exploded to expose. I need to make cut templates.
